We came for a family weekend to celebrate a round birthday and our wedding anniversary. All staff is super nice and attentive which came genuinely from their heart. We had a family villa with pool facing the desert and we enjoyed the quietness. We had a nice cake the first evening and a lovely rose decorated table on the second day. Special thanks to Mr. Derbas and Mr. Shafik as well as the entire staff to always made us feel special

After residing in the UAE for the past 35 years and enjoying staycations everywhere, rest assured these 3 days will be very hard to beat. We just cant thank enough the whole team of Al Bayader retreat for making this a once in a lifetime staycation. Honorable mentions in the staff are: - First and foremost: Shoaib at the front desk. He has been our one contact for EVERYTHING and hasn’t let us down once. - The team: Mr. Dabbas (thank you for arranging the welcome treats for our kids), Ms. Sanae (always smiling and ready for everything), Mr. Razan (IT dept. and ever ready for all your tech needs). Jamal, Keeba, Ayoob, Chen, Maria, Chester, Nitesh and anyone else who we might not have mentioned here, this a THANK YOU from us for this amazing experience.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days at the 2 bedroom villa and I must say that the whole experience exceeded our expectations... starting from the friendly staff to house keeping... The rooms were very clean and sanitized well ... the staff was in masks and gloves at all times .. all the safety measures were at point!! Our family loved the privacy of private pool ... The kids enjoyed the movie night... we as a couple loved morning coffee in the dunes... the food was yummy We as a f...
